The article analyzes the modern world situation of international migration, the share and role of labor migrants in its structure, as well as the positive and negative features of international migration. Based on the socio-economic situation of the receiving and donor states of migration processes and their peculiarities, the direction and manifestations of the flow of migrants were studied. The article also identified problems in the regulation of labor migration and analyzed the causes and factors of movement of the international labor force, revealed their content and developed recommendations aimed at regulating these processes and formulated conclusions.
