In this article, an attempt is made to scientifically comprehend the trends in the development of the legal framework for the regulation of artificial intelligence, ethical issues, as well as a comparative analysis of foreign legal systems is carried out, and existing problems and solutions are put forward taking into account the national interests of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
