The d article discusses the issues of managing the educational and training process and, based on them, the formation of professional knowledge and skills. The analysis of materials of biomechanical characteristics showed that the rationality of the technique of performing acrobatic and choreographic exercises depends primarily on the speed and strength training of gymnasts at the initial stage of training program elements of various structural groups.
