The article examines the role of digital technologies in improving management efficiency in higher education institutions. The study aims to identify the mechanisms through which digital transformation affects managerial performance, systematize priority directions, and develop practical conclusions based on the case of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. The research applies systemic analysis, comparative analysis, content analysis, and a case-study approach. The findings show that management efficiency increases not through isolated IT tools, but through the integrated management of strategy, information systems, data-driven decision-making, digital competences, and information security. The TTPU case demonstrates visible operational digitalization, while strategic analytics and KPI-based management still require further development. A phased model of digital management and a set of practical recommendations for higher education institutions are proposed.
