In this article from the standpoint of modern science of international law and of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in comparative legal terms conducted a conceptual analysis of the extradition of criminals. The article reveals the basic definition of extradition, by scientists, and lawyers of the international relations of near and far abroad, including scientists from CIS countries and scientists from Uzbekistan. Based on the comparative analysis of the proposed author's interpretation of the concept of extradition.
