In world linguistics, the study of national and cultural aspects of the worldview embodied in various systematic languages, the essence of concepts that operate in the study of the linguistic landscape of the world and the description of their manifestation in language, the identification of linguistic non-linguistic factors that are the basis for its formation and verbalization in thinking are considered relevant. In Uzbek linguistics, scientific and practical studies of universal and unique concepts in the linguo-conceptual landscape of the world are consistently studied. However, there are no studies devoted to the conceptualization of the concept of "fate" using the example of Spanish, Turkish and Uzbek phraseological units, as well as its linguocognitive and linguocultural aspects through comparative comparison. Firstly, the linguocognitive approach defines the concept as a basic unit of culture consisting of the components of image, understanding and value. Secondly, the linguocultural approach is based on the idea of the cumulative function of language, i.e. the function of language embodying the experience and worldview of the people and passing it on from generation to generation. The study showed that the richer the material and spiritual (folklore, literature, religion) culture of a people, the richer the conceptual sphere of the people. The results obtained serve to further enrich potential knowledge about a foreign language and culture.
