Psychological adaptation is determined by the activity of the individual and works as a unit of accommodation and assimilation. Absence or low anxiety and high self-esteem are taken into account as adaptation indicators. The main characteristics of an adaptive educational system are based on the availability of technology that provides the process of designing and implementing such systems.
