This article talks about the reflection of life events in the fate of the heroes of the short story "Hotline" written by the famous writer Khairiddin Sultan. In the story, not one, but dozens of episodes are described. Mohidil Ismatova, a hotline dispatcher who is responsible for listening to people's pain and problems, has many problems in her life. The short story is made up of instructive stories and is noteworthy for its educational value, modernity, and connection with today's problems. These qualities are described in detail in the article.
