This article describes opportunities of social networks for e-commerce and e-contracts through them, as well as legal issues in the regulation of these relations. In addition, the problems of identifying the parties while concluding transactions through social networks, the procedure for fulfilling their obligations and the definition of legal liability for non-compliance are analyzed.
