In the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the features of the development of secondary meat products (subproducts) of Angus bull calves raised under various methods of keeping were studied. According to the research results, if the heart and lungs were better developed in bulls raised in conditions of free movement, then relative superiority was observed in liver and kidney indicators when kept in limited conditions. At the same time, it was found that the intergroup differences were insignificant, and all indicators were within the normal range. The obtained data showed that the individualhereditary characteristics of the animals have a stronger influence on these indicators compared to the conditions of care.
