An experimental study was conducted on 120 male rats. The dynamics of changes in morphometric parameters of the thickness of the mucous membrane of the small intestine is shown. Changes in morphometric parameters were observed in experimental pulmonary fibrosis of animals. Indicators of the mucous membrane of the duodenum and jejunum 12 increased on day 5 to the value of the control group after 30 days of the experiment. In the ileum, the indicators did not increase until the 5th day of the experiment.
