Annotatsiya

Comparison of functional examination methods in clinical and neurological changes of vertebrogenic lumbar radiculopathy. Material and methods. A total of 168 patients participated in our follow-up. The patient's age ranged from 17 to 60 years. RESALT: In all of them, clinical-neurological, ENMG and MSCT examinations were carried out. In addition, VASh (visual analogue scale) was used to assess pain intensity. 66 (33%) of examined patients were diagnosed with reflex-tonic syndrome, 92 (55%) with root syndrome, 10 (6%) with compression-ischemic syndrome. According to the results of ENMG and MSCT examinations, statistical changes were found in each syndrome separately. Conclusion: Clinical-neurological course of vertebral radiculopathies was characterized by changes in ENMG and MRI examinations.
