This article presents practical results and recommendations for the study of scientific methodological literature on the distribution of training loads and the development of physical qualities in the selection of 10-12-year-old handball players at the initial training stage, as well as the development and monitoring of the physical qualities of handball players based on a specially designed set of exercises.
