This article explores theoretical perspectives on Phonographic tools present in literary language. It has been reasoned that they are expressed inconsistently with literary norms, their significance in problematic texts, and their manifestation of the individual characteristics of the speaker. Theoretical views on the role of linguistic knowledge in the judicial system and its importance in the identification of criminal cases were given and found practical expression. In the field of linguistic expertise, which arose on the basis of the integration of Applied Linguistics with the field of jurisprudence, through the analysis of Phonographic tools, the legal aspects of problematic and anonymous correspondence are revealed.
