This article is devoted to “Lex sportiva”, one of the most important elements of regulation of cross-border sports relations. The author explores the legal nature of the “Lex sportiva” norms and their place in the legal system, and also touches on current issues related to their application, and determines the prospects for the development of the norms in question.
