The article analyzes the importance of the English language as a motivational tool in teaching chemistry in EFL classes. In addition, it shows that content and language integrated learning has become the umbrella term describing both learning another subject such as chemistry through the medium of a foreign language and learning a foreign language by studying a content-based subject.
