This article analyzes the challenges facing vegetable production in the context of global climate change, water scarcity, and population growth. It also highlights the еffectiveness of innovative solutions such as smart farming, hydroponics, aeroponics, and genetic modification for the development of this sector. Results s’how that aeroponics increases seed germination by up to 50 times, while smart irrigation reduces water consumption by 60%. These findings demonstrate that digital transformation is crucial for еnsuring global food security.

This article investigates the effect of planting time and seedling age on the degree of plant loss in onion under intermediate cropping conditions. The research was conducted during 2021–2023 using seedlings aged 25, 35…
This study evaluates the productivity and biometric traits of potato clone samples were evaluated. The results showed that clones V-6, V-9, and C-5 exhibited superior yield and were identified as promising materials.
In this study, under intercropping conditions, onion varieties and F1 hybrids were evaluated in terms of the period from sowing to seedling emergence (stages of 10% and 75% emergence), as well as field germination…
This study evaluates the phenological development, earliness, and adaptive traits of potato clone samples were evaluated under repeated planting conditions. The results showed that some clones exhibited phenological…
The study investigated the effect of cutting one-third of the vegetative parts of onion plants at planting on plant loss. The best result was observed when one-third of the leaves were trimmed, which ensured a higher…
In the conditions of Khorezm region, optimal planting schemes, irrigation standards, agrotechnical measures were studied.
The article analyzes effective methods for saving water, fertilizers, and energy resources during the vegetable growing process. The scientific basis for the effective use of resources using modern technologies…
In this article, we aimed to study the technology of growing sweet pepper varieties, one of the most widely cultivated vegetable crops in Central Asia, especially in Uzbekistan, in various planting schemes and…
When cultivating leek of the ‘Karantanskiy’ variety using seedlings of different ages, the highest total and marketable yield of the white pseudostem was obtained from plants grown from 50-day-old (24.9 and 13.6 t/ha)…
The purpose of this study is to scientifically substantiate the effect of the use of various growth regulators on the yield and quality of the melon in the cultivation of the Yellow Melon and Gulobikhorazmi varieties.
