This article presents a scientific analysis of the history of the formation and evolution of the mahalla in our country, especially in Central Asia. The features of the early formation of the mahalla and its importance in the development of society are revealed, the role in the public life of our country is studied. In particular, during the formation of the first quarters, not only ethnically, but also geographically close neighborly relations, close to modern ones, began to manifest themselves in the community. During this period, the Zoroastrian religion prevailed, and the elders in the Zoroastrian community had special rights and duties. They regularly supervised the team's internal procedures. Upon deeper consideration of the issue, it was noted that the development of such territorial communities is reflected in other archaeological sources found on the territory of Uzbekistan. In turn, it is emphasized that the formation of high spirituality and excellent human qualities in the minds of citizens, education as a national cause, its active promotion is a sacred duty of the family, kindergarten, school, higher education system, and at the same time the district.
