Jumladan, Umayr ibn Usmon, ar-Rabi al-Horisiy, Salm ibn Ziyod, Solih ibn Muslim va Nasr ibn Sayyor tomonidan turli yillarda Farg‘ona hamda Xo‘jandga amalga oshirilgan harbiy yurishlar to‘g‘risida ma’lumot beriladi. Ushbu yurishlardan ko‘zlangan maqsadlar va ularni keltirib chiqargan sabablar ham maqoladan o‘rin olgan.
