Objective: of the study is to analyze the indicators of cardiorespiratory stress testing of athletes of different types. Materials and methods. The research was carried out on the basis of the RSPCSM at the NOC of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our study involved 2 groups of athletes of 8 people in each specialization: football players and runners. Results: During the exercise testing with ergospirometry, the following results were obtained: a higher indicator of the relative maximum oxygen consumption in athletes; the heart rate at reaching the anaerobic threshold is higher in football players; the values of exercise tolerance are higher in athletes. Conclusion. The data obtained indicate high aerobic capabilities and low physiological cost of the work of football players.
