Annotatsiya

In the modern literature on sports medicine and rehabilitation, only standard treatment regimens for diseases of the musculoskeletal system are predominantly presented, regardless of the type of sport and the causes of pain. At the same time, the results of treatment, both conservative and surgical, do not always satisfy doctors and athletes. Frequent relapses of the pain syndrome, often long-term treatment that prevents a full-fledged training process, force specialists to search for new therapeutic approaches to these diseases. Knowledge of the influence of different sports and the age of an athlete on pathological changes in the musculoskeletal system is important for prenosological diagnostics in sports, predicting the risk of developing diseases, optimizing rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal pathology in athletes and its prevention. In this regard, the study of the influence of age and the specifics of various sports on the characteristics of pathological changes in the musculoskeletal system in athletes is relevant and necessary for choosing the tactics of their treatment and prevention.
