The article considers the development and validation of the Questionnaire "Political Socialization ". The questionnaire consists of 11 scales with 5 questions/statements in each scale, allowing to identify the socio-political attitudes of the individual in the following categories: I. Cognitive component- political awareness, interest in politics; 2. Emotional-value component - political identify trust in political institutions, political tolerance; 3. Behavioral component- participation in politics, civic responsibility, political effectiveness; 4. Agents and factors of socialization - the influence of the family, the influence of education, the influence of the media and the Internet.A description of the validation and testing of the methodology’ is given, conducted within the framework of a study of the political socialization of young people on a sample of 60 people, from among students aged 20-30 years.
