According to M. S. Ignatov in the group of children with 3rd, 4th and 5th stages of "Chronic kidney disease" among the causes the congenital kidney diseases were prevailed. The determining factor for the choice of treatment tactics is the anatomical structure of the urinary system. The choice of an instrumental technique with high sensitivity and specificity in assessing the anatomical and functional state of the kidneys and urinary tract is extremely important. The article presents a brief review of the literature covering topical issues of the modern diagnostic approach for assessing the anatomical and functional state of the kidneys and urinary tract in children with obstructive uropathy, which combines the high quality of the images obtained with limited radiation exposure.
