The concept of intertextuality, which emerged in the second half of the twentieth century, soon became one of the key terms of literary critics and linguists. The concept of intertextuality has become the subject of much linguistic research (based on a literary text) today. Intertextuality is seen as an intertextual interaction, a connection. In it, parts of one text, quotations are inserted into another text in the form of comments. Initially, the problem of "text in text" was specific to literature. Later, the theory of intertextuality was used, and its founder was MM Bakhtin, who first used the concept of "dialogic words". With this understanding, he meant that the word had many meanings and was based on internal dialogue. MM Bakhtin interprets each text as a symbolic dialogue. Later, MM Bakhtin developed a theory of polyphony, which studied the concept of "foreign word". In this case, the individual word is considered as an abbreviated form of thoughts and comments, interpreted as a neutral, that is, a unit that does not belong to anyone, it is emphasized that each word lives in the context in which it participates.
