Инновационный потенциал является важным фактором, повышающим эффективность и конкурентоспособность промышленных предприятий. В данной статье анализируется понятие инновационного потенциала, его составляющие и влияние на развитие промышленных предприятий. Также рассмотрены основные направления внедрения инноваций, важность технологической модернизации и новых методов управления. Результатами исследования являются предложения, направленные на формирование инновационных стратегий промышленных предприятий и обеспечение их устойчивого развития в рыночных условиях
