This article gives an idea of the current activities of the neighborhood, which is a place of moral and spiritual upbringing, and its role on the scale of the country. The importance of the role of the neighborhood Institute in the strong and moral and spiritual perfection of the family structure, which is the main foundation of every society, has been emphasized. Adequate information has been given about the fact that the neighborhood, which is the primary instrument in ensuring the resilience of families as the main negation of the society, is the backbone of state development as a complex structure. The neighborhood is not only a social institution, but also an educational institution. From this point of view, it is thoroughly debated that the welfare of families in the neighborhood, their conduct, their importance in society, along with the family environment, is in harmony with the activities of the Institute of self-management of citizens, that is, the neighborhood.
