This article explores the theoretical foundations of logic and logical thinking, emphasizing their similarities, distinctions, and significance in the educational process. Logical thinking, as one of the core forms of human cognition, enables individuals to acquire knowledge systematically, evaluate evidence critically, and develop rational solutions to various problems. The paper highlights the role of the main categories and laws of logic in fostering students’ critical and creative thinking abilities. Based on pedagogical approaches, the study analyzes the opportunities for developing logical thinking competence in students and substantiates its interrelation with creativity. The findings of this research provide both theoretical and practical recommendations for enhancing logical reasoning in the learning process, improving students’ skills in making evidence-based conclusions, and integrating logical and creative thinking into holistic educational outcomes.
