This article examines the emergence of the Uzbek-Kazakh bilateral relations, the current state of relations between the two countries, as well as a strategic partnership, economic-political, military-political, social-political, economic and cultural cooperation and cooperation in various fields, agreements and negotiations. The influence of individual states on international relations varies depending on the strength of the state, its international competitiveness, economic, military potential, natural and labor resources, the level of development of science and culture, achievements in the field of high technologies, social achievements and sustainability. And it briefly clarifies the issues of strategic cooperation based on good neighborliness between the two countries. This aspect of the issue serves as additional material for works published on the international stage.
