Frazеologik birliklarning oʻziga xos xususiyatlaridan biri ularning tuzilishidir. Ular goʻyo oddiy erkin soʻz birikmalariga oʻxshasa ham, tuzilishi turgʻun boʻlib, boshqa turli birikmalar bilan bogʻlanmaydi va soʻz tartibining oʻzgarishiga yoʻl qoʻymaydi.
