The article improves the methodology for assessing the efficiency of the use of production factors in small business entities. Based on the KISI integral model, the impact of capital, labor, investment, innovation, digitalization and institutional factors on economic efficiency is assessed. Based on econometric, scenario and forecast analyses, efficiency reserves are identified and practical recommendations are developed to increase the competitiveness of small business entities.
