This article examines how institutional mechanisms and strategic approaches of state investment policy influence the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI). The study is based on institutional theory and employs the methods of systematization, comparative analysis, and dynamic time-series comparison. It systematizes the institutional mechanisms and strategic approaches applied in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including legal guarantees, organizational structures, incentive regimes, and instruments of international legal integration.
