The article discusses the technology of visual control of the educational process in a medical university with the help of an information center. A detailed description of the information center as a method of visualizing lean production is given. The methodology of creating an information center for the educational process through the SQDCM system is shown. All components of the SQDCM system are disassembled in detail. Specific criteria, indicators and indicators for assessing the educational process for compliance with the requirements of information security, the quality of the educational process, costs, ordering and a comfortable environment for students and teachers are shown.
