Annotatsiya

In Uzbekistan, a voluntary union between a man and a woman, created for the purpose of marriage, with the observance of the legal requirements, creates mutual personal and property rights. The number of divorces has been increasing in Uzbekistan in recent years. In addition, the decline in the prestige of the family institution in all developed countries may also lead to an increased divorce rate in Uzbekistan. In many developed countries, many experts who deal with family institute problems view divorce as an important factor in the development, prosperity and future of the country. As a result of reforms to strengthen family institutions, some positive results have been achieved. In the US, for example, 50% of men divorced and 33% of women remarry after one year, 75% of women and 83% of men remarry after three years (T. Andreeva, 2004). Also, this indicator in the country is currently 5-7%.
