One of factors to achieve high results in sports is upbringing of the individual features of the karatists. The effectiveness of upbringing depends upon how right the coach and uses the methods of upbringing. On the result of the analysis and generalization of the experience of the trainers there have been proposed the classification of methods of upbringing. Each group in this classification this is proposed to be used while upbringing the young karatists has been characterized in details.
