This article explores the transformation of educational process organization in the long-term training system for athletes, focusing on the field of artistic gymnastics. Three primary training models - linear, concentric, and spiral - are examined, highlighting their distinctive features, strengths, and optimal conditions for implementation based on gymnasts' level of preparedness. The importance of a flexible, individualized approach to training process planning is emphasized, taking into account changes in athletes' physical, technical, and psychophysiological development. A pedagogical experiment involving multi-stage monitoring and the combination of various learning structures demonstrated increased effectiveness in motor skill formation.
