The mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical influence on the aesthetic, emotional, social and spiritual development of students and the younger generation through national music, in particular, the art of bakhshi, are analyzed. The positive influence of oral creativity, national values, rhythmic and emotional means embodied in bakhshi art on the development of the individual is substantiated.
