This article analyzes the issues of improving the system of training, retraining, and professional development of employees working in the field of culture and art in Uzbekistan. It examines existing educational programs, the activities of professional development centers, and modern methods of personnel training. Particular attention is paid to the need to train specialists who possess modern competencies, creative thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a digital environment. The article proposes several directions for improving the system, including the introduction of innovative educational technologies, strengthening practice-oriented learning, and expanding international cooperation
