This article is dedicated to the psychological role of the director in theater andcinema, as well as the strategies for managing the actor's psyche. It analyzes the methods ofunderstanding the emotional state of actors in the stage process, awakening their motivation, and maximizing their creative potential. The article presents methods for creating a reliable and safeenvironment, empathy and emotional resonance, visualization and psychological imagination, andstrategies for effectively organizing the creative process on stage through stress management.
