This article explores the process of developing the artistic image of a musical composition in choral performance and preparing it for stage presentation. The work on a composition involves three main stages: the conductor’s in-depth study, teaching the choir, and public concert performance. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the text, musical structure, vocal-choral characteristics, as well as technical and artistic aspects. The article details methods such as auditory introduction, sectional rehearsal, ensemble development, and expression enhancement. Concert preparation includes coordination between the conductor and singers, program planning, stage discipline, and attention to acoustics. These processes significantly contribute to the quality and expressiveness of the choral performance.
