The article analyzed the implementation of innovative technologies in the activities of insurance institutions and their impact on economic indicators . The study 595 substantiated the role of digital and information technologies in improving the operational efficiency of insurance companies , enhancing risk assessment accuracy , and improving customer service quality . It was identified that the application of innovative solutions contributed to increased profitability , cost reduction , and strengthened competitive positions of insurance organizations . Particular attention was paid to the importance of a strategic approach , the institutional environment , and information security in the innovation process . The results confirmed that innovative technologies are a key factor in ensuring sustainable development and long-term economic efficiency in the insurance sector .
