В статье проанализированы существующие проблемы на рынке автотранспортных услуг Республики Узбекистан, в частности в сфере транспортно -экспедиционных услуг. Для их решения уделено особое внимание разработке концепции, направленной на обеспечение эффективно го функционирования данного рынка. Предлагаемая концепция включает как теоретические основы, так и практические рекомендации, направленные на кардинальное изменение подхода к транспортно -экспедиционным услугам .
