Ushbu tezisda hijriy 1337-yil Safar oyining oxirida tuzilgan qozilik hujjatlari asosida Xiva xonligida yer oldi-sotdisi, vaqf ijara huquqi va mulkiy bitimlarni rasmiylashtirish tartibi tahlil qilinadi. Manbada Hazoraspga qarashli Mahmon va Mahmonoyoq mavzelaridagi yerlarning sotilishi, chegaralarning aniq ko‘rsatilishi, baho belgilanishi, pulning qo‘lma-qo‘l qabul qilinishi, guvohlar ishtiroki hamda muhr bilan tasdiqlanishi aks etgan. Tadqiqot natijasi qozilik hujjatlari Xiva xonligida xususiy mulk, vaqf mulki va ijara munosabatlarini tartibga soluvchi asosiy huquqiy vosita bo‘lganini ko‘rsatadi.
