The article analyzes early urbanization in the Khorezm oasis based on archaeological and historical sources. It highlights settlement development and craftsmanship through sites such as Sopollitepa and Qang‘qa-2. Although urbanization in Khorezm began later than in other regions, it eventually spread across the entire area.
