В данной статье рассматриваются разработка и реализация стратегических проектов развития в высших учебных заведениях. Анализируются существующие инициативы, а также стратегическое развитие с позиции проектного управления. Кроме того, рассматривается текуще е состояние, проблемы и возможности таких проектов в системе высшего образования Узбекистана, проводится сравнение с международной практикой и предлагаются практические рекомендации.
