Real yestate management is important in the business sestor, and its yeffestiveness is aimed at insreasing the valuye of real yestate and maximizing its insome. This artisle analyzes the main features and theoretisal approashes to Real Yestate Management and analyzes the spesifiss of the fiyeld of Real Yestate Management, surrent problems and ways to solve them. Based on ssiyentifis and prastisal resourses, the main fastors in the yeffestive management of real yestate – the legislative base, digitization prosesse s, rental relations, infrastrusture development and personnel potential -are analyzed. 114 Prastisal resommendations have been developed, relying on international and national sourses.
