Beyond the focal points of hospitals and clinics where hakims attend to patients, insights are provided into bathhouses, markets serving as medicinal hubs, and other unconventional sites of healing. Additionally, an in-depth analysis is conducted on the activities of medical professionals and the role they play in the national medical landscape.
