Individual entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan is being promoted as a mechanism for expanding economic activity and employment. Institutional reforms have been implemented to ease access to financial services. Interest -free loans, preferential financing, and mi crofinance tools have been introduced. Financial literacy is being improved through targeted training programs. Approaches aimed at strengthening gender equality are also being adopted.
