The transition to a green economy has become a global priority for achieving sustainable economic growth, environmental protection, and social inclusion. In this context, women's entrepreneurship plays a critical role in promoting green innovation, resource efficiency, and inclusive economic development. Uzbekistan has identified the development of a green economy and the expansion of women's entrepreneurship as strategic priorities through ongoing economic reforms and institutional support mechanisms. This article explores the theoretical and conceptual linkages between the green economy and women's entrepreneurship through an analysis of contemporary economic theories, international research, and national development priorities. It examines the role of women entrepreneurs in promoting sustainable development, identifies the key institutional factors influencing green entrepreneurship, and highlights policy directions for enhancing environmentally sustainable and inclusive business development. The findings provide a theoretical framework for improving policies that support green economic transformation and strengthen women's participation in entrepreneurship.
