This article analyzes the legal mechanisms for protecting the rights of public service users. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics and existing barriers to protecting the rights of public service users. The article presents conclusions regarding the necessity of strengthening procedural guarantees and mechanisms for protecting the rights of public service users.
