This article analyzes the activities of the Republican Commission on Gender Equality and Family Issues established in the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, as well as the actions aimed at increasing the participation of women in state and social construction. It explains the purpose for which the commission was established and how it serves the strategic goals of Uzbekistan.
